These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Dykros Media LLC ("Dykros Media," "we," "us," or "our"), and any services described on it. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

Dykros Media LLC is a limited liability company formed in the State of New Mexico, United States, with a registered office at 1209 Mountain Road PL NE STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110. We are a digital media company engaged in the production, licensing, and monetization of video content for online platforms, and in the provision of related content production and growth services.
2. Services
We provide content strategy, channel management and growth, video content production, content licensing, and related advisory services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any client engagement are defined in a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work. In the event of a conflict between that agreement and these Terms, the separate agreement controls.
3. Client responsibilities
Where you engage us as a client, you agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials reasonably required for us to perform the services. You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you supply do not infringe the rights of third parties and comply with applicable law and platform policies.
4. Fees and payment
Fees, billing frequency, and payment terms are set out in the applicable engagement agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due on the terms specified in that agreement. We may suspend services for accounts with overdue balances.
5. Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of content produced under a client engagement are governed by the applicable engagement agreement. Absent such terms, all pre-existing materials, tools, and methods used by Dykros Media remain our property. Content displayed on this website, including text, design, and the Dykros Media name and marks, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the confidential information of the other and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement. This obligation survives the end of any engagement.
7. Third-party platforms
Our services involve third-party platforms and programs that we do not control, including video hosting and advertising networks. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, ranking, reach, or revenue, as these depend on factors outside our control, including the policies and algorithms of those platforms.
8. Disclaimers
This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dykros Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an engagement shall not exceed the amounts paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to this website at any time. Termination of a client engagement is governed by the applicable engagement agreement.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
